Initial Contact

You reach out to us by phone, text, or online form and share:

Where you’re moving from and to.

Approximate move date and time frame.

What you’re moving (home size, key items, any stairs, storage units, etc.)

From there, we’ll let you know what kind of service fits best and explain pricing.

free estimate

we give you a free quote. Depending on your move, we may:

Ask a few more detailed questions.

Have you send photos of specialty items.

(If needed) Schedule an in-person walkthrough for more complex moves.

We’ll then provide a clear estimate, so you know what to expect before you book.

move booking

Once you’ve confirmed & you’re ready to move forward:

We lock in your move date/ arrival window.

Go over any special requests.

Explain how to prepare (what we handle vs. what you may want to do ahead of time)

You’ll get a confirmation with all the key details in writing.

arrival & pre-move walkthrough:

Our crew arrives on time in a clearly marked truck

We introduce the team and do a quick walkthrough of your home

You show us what’s going, what’s staying, and which items need extra care

We’ll confirm the plan with you before we start moving anything.

item protection

we take steps to protect both your items and your property:

We blanket and shrink wrap furniture as needed.

Protect doors, railings, and high-traffic areas when appropriate.

Carefully disassemble larger pieces (beds, tables, etc.) if needed.

Our goal is to move everything safely and efficiently.

Truck loading

We load with a plan, not at random:

Boxes and lighter items are organized and stacked securely

Furniture and heavier items are strategically placed

Fragile or high-value pieces are carefully padded and positioned

We do a final check inside to make sure nothing was missed before we leave.

transportation

while in route to your new destination:

Drive directly to your new home or storage location.

Stay in contact if there’s any delay due to traffic or other factors.

Park and set up for unloading as close and safely as possible.

Your belongings stay secured in our truck from your old place to your new one.

Unloading/Placement

whenever we arrive at your new place:

We bring everything inside and place it in the rooms you request.

We’ll reassemble any furniture that we took apart.

Adjust furniture placement within reason so you’re happy with the layout.

You can direct the crew as we go so things land where you want them the first time.

final walkthrough

final checklist to ensure a succesful move:

We walk through your new place to make sure everything is where it should be.

Address any last-minute adjustments or requests.

Complete payment (we’ll tell you accepted payment methods in advance).
